Document Description
The project is limited to the removal and rebuilding of an existing pier on Donner Lake. The existing pier will have twenty-two 24-inch diameter concrete footings, each with 5-inch diameter wood posts, removed from the lakebed via an amphibious vessel. The existing connected stairway will also be removed. The new pier will consist of seventeen 10.75-inch diameter steel piles being pile driven into the lakebed via amphibious vessel. Two of those steel piles will be associated with the lower support for the lower landing to the new stairway. The decking will consist of 2x6 Trex material.
