Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2021-0007-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Calabasas as represented by Alex Farassati. The Routine Maintenance of Concrete Channel on Las Virgenes Creek at the Intersection of Meadow Creek Lane includes the routine removal of sediment, debris, and vegetation from a 0.53-acre section of Las Virgenes Creek. This section of Las Virgenes Creek consists of concrete chambers and culvert that collect sediment and debris and have vegetation growing within them. These activities will be done on a routine basis between September 1 and October 16 each year and will take approximately 25 days to complete.
