Construction and operation of a bioenergy system-composed of the Raven SR multi-patented Steam/CO2 Reformation process to convert blended green waste and food waste, obtained from the existing West Contra Costa Sanitary Landfill Organic Materials Processing Facility (OMPF) operation into renewable, transportation grade hydrogen that would be exported offsite for various renewable energy products. The project site is 2.5 acres at generally 1 Parr Boulevard, Richmond.
