Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 7 has completed the Initial Study (IS) with Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) / Environmental Assessment (EA) with Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the State Route 1 San Gabriel River Br. Widening Project. The MND/FONSI identifies Alternative 3 (Build Alternative – Single Side Widening) as the Preferred Alternative. This alternative would widen the bridge to provide standard bridge rails and standard lanes, median, shoulders, and sidewalks.
