Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to upgrade the existing San Gabriel River Bridge railing (Bridge No. 53-0060) with concrete barrier Type 80SW (or other California Coastal Commission approved barrier type) and widen the bridge to current standards. The bridge is located over the San Gabriel River Channel in the City of Long Beach on State Route 1 (SR-1) and connects Long Beach to Seal Beach. The project limit is located on SR-1 at Post Mile (PM) 0.04.
