Document Description
The proposed project will remove 16 modular buildings on the Riverside School for the Deaf campus as they have exceeded its life expectancy. Work will remove the 16 modular buildings including the identified hazardous waste, the concrete foundations, two transformers, old fencing, and excavate to remove the utilities including electrical and water/sewer lines connected to the buildings from the approx.2.34-acre site. Additional work will then grade the site for drainage and treated to prevent erosion.
