Document Description
The proposed project will replace three roofs on buildings 196, 198 and 255 at Napa State Hospital, and replace electrical switchgear outside building 331. Buildings 196 and 198 will include removing 45,000 SF of existing concrete tile and replacing it with metal at each building, remove PVC roofing and replace with new single ply roofing, remove and replace copper gutters. Building 255 will include replacement of 14,000 SF of tar and gravel roof and replacing it with single ply roof flashing, gutter and curbs. Building 255 includes replacement of existing electrical switchgear outside the building.
