Document Description
Remove existing floating dock. From existing pier, construct 16x16 ft. covered deck area, two 3x24 ft. gangways, l0xl0 ft. swim platform, 16 x 26 ft. covered boatlift with 3x29 ft. suspended courtesy dock, and floating PWC lift. Project includes removing 4 pilings and driving 14 metal pilings. Construction activities will be conducted between October 15 and December 31 to avoid impacts to the Clear Lake hitch. The project is consistent with the Clear Lake Shoreline Ordinance. There will be no removal of native vegetation. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources and a building permit from the Building Department.
