Document Description
The Project is a 360,000-sf tilt up concrete building with 242 car parking stalls, 93 trailer stalls, 46 truck docks (western side of the building, not visible from Airport Way), and significant landscaping along Airport Way. The building is broken into 355,000 sf for warehouse, and 5,000 sf for office. The site design allows only one auto vehicular access along Airport Way with no truck ingress and egress. All truck movement ingress & egress to the site is via Intermodal Way and Tactical Way with a long on- site private drive along the western side of the Project site. This driveway provides generous stacking capabilities which eliminates the possibility of any backup on to Tactical Way. There will be no through on-site circulation for truck traffic to reach Airport Way with the intent to restrict the truck access to Airport Way.
