Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-30250-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Town of Danville, as represented by Nader Salama. The Project involves installation of a 0.9-mile Class I pedestrian/bicycle trail, bank stabilization of a section of East Branch Green Valley Creek, and installation of retaining walls. The Project will result in approximately 0.033 acres of permanent impacts to creek bed, bank, or channel and approximately 0.387 acres of permanent impacts to riparian woodland.
