The project is the result of a civil case with a Stipulation and Order entered on September 23, 2019. Remediation work is necessary to protect the environment by addressing the documented adverse impacts to the stream and fish and wildlife resources. The project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, will not result in the removal of any mature or scenic trees and will not result in significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat.
