The project would demolish five of the 20 existing residential buildings and one leasing office building, for a total of six buildings, on the 9.14-acre site (resulting in the removal of 42 of the existing 180 apartment units on-site) and associated surface parking and landscaping in order to construct two new apartment buildings approximately 235, 689 square feet and including 233 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units (33 apartments of which would be for very-low income residents), over a two-level underground parking garage.
