Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SBR-41233-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Desert Breeze Solar, LLC. The Project involves a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) electricity generation and energy storage facility that would produce up to 130 megawatts (MW) of solar power and include up to two gigawatt hours (GWh) of energy storage capacity in a battery energy storage system (BESS). Standard construction equipment will be used to complete the Project including but not limited to scrapers, excavators, trucks, backhoe, compaction equipment, and pile drivers.
