The residential component creates a gross density of approximately 7.45 units/acre. The project includes a General Plan Amendment and rezone changing the existing General Plan designations from Low/Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and Industrial, and changing the zoning from R-2 (Medium Density Residential)/C-G (General Commercial)/M-1 (Light Industrial) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential) and M-1 (Light Industrial), consistent with the proposed General Plan designations.
