Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 21-01 & General Plan Amendment/Rezone 22-01 (Hamman) – 2859 Sixth Street, APNs 022-016-091 & 001-110-007. – A request to subdivide a 7.55-acre site comprised of two adjacent parcels to create 26 lots for single-family residential uses, and a 2.5-acre parcel for a public mini-storage (light industrial/heavy commercial) uses. The residential component creates a gross density of approximately 7.45 units/acre. The project includes a General Plan Amendment and rezone changing the existing General Plan designations from Low/Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and Industrial, and changing the zoning from R-2 (Medium Density Residential)/C-G (General Commercial)/M-1 (Light Industrial) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential) and M-1 (Light Industrial), consistent with the proposed General Plan designations.
