Document Description
South Tahoe Public Utility District seeks to permanently protect an exposed sewer pipeline crossing in Tallac Creek, south of Baldwin Beach at Lake Tahoe. This exposed sewer pipeline threatens an emergency failure. Temporary emergency protection infrastructure will be removed prior to the permanent rock grade control structure and concrete work to be done to protect the pipeline. The Applicant will closely follow BMPs, restore temporary impacts to previous status, and will complete compensatory mitigation for permanent impacts.
