The project proposes the demolition of one (1) single family dwelling with detached garage and the construction of three (3) new detached condominium dwellings with attached garages. Each unit would have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two car garage. Four (4) additional surface parking spaces would be provided for a total of ten (10) parking spaces. The project includes a request for a front yard deviation of 10% and Site Plan and Design Review (SPDR 19-02) and request to subdivide the existing lots for condominium purposes (Tentative Parcel Map No. 082172). The existing dwelling unit is the last property within the City to be served by a septic system. The proposed dwelling units would be connected to the City’s sewer system.
