Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SIE-33837-R2 Timber, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is limited to the construction of two watercourse crossings, a rocked ford and a culvert, on tributaries to Haypress Creek. The project is being implemented to provide access for emergency timber operations pursuant to CAL FIRE emergency number 2-22EM-00203-SIE.
