The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-25379-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Roland Gentner/VBR.
The project is limited to the indoor cannabis cultivation facility on approximately 18.3 acres consisting of a) five, approximately 75,280 square foot (SF) metal cultivation buildings, b) three storage/supply units (one 9,000-SF, and two 2,500 SF units), c) a 3,000 SF security building; and a perimeter fence around the entire site resulting in the permanent loss of 0.8 acre of ephemeral stream.
