The purpose of this project is to repair a 75+ feet long portion of the road, which has displaced downward and outboard, resulting in a depressed section which was damaged during the 2019 FEMA declared disaster (DR-4434). repairs include a retaining wall consisting of a 135-foot long by 30-foot wide, new HMA structional section.
