Document Description
Demolition of existing pier, deck, gangway and floating dock. To be replaced by new steel frame pier, gangway, ramp and boatlift with above deck. Vinyl decking will be used for pier, boatlift, gangway and ramp. Aluminum decking will be used for
above dock. Construction activities will be conducted between October 15 and December 31 to avoid impacts to the Clear Lake hitch. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources, and a building permit from the Lake County Building Department.
