Document Description
Construct new 26’ x 35’ floating dock (for two boat slips), with two new 10” piles and using two existing piles. Pier will be 40 feet long with four 8” piles. A gangway 3’ x 30’. Pier and gangway will be steel frame with vinyl decking. Construction activities will be conducted between October 15 and December 31 to avoid impacts to the Clear Lake hitch. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources, and a building permit from the Lake County Building Department.
