Notice of Exemption for Conservancy approval of grant funding. The Moraga Orinda Fire District’s Grazing Project will provide a year-round prescribed grazing program at Painted Rock Preserve in Contra Costa County. In partnership with John Muir Land Trust, and local Moraga cattle ranchers, the Fire District will expand their current grazing program into a long-term, more sustainable version. The project includes purchase of necessary equipment, including fencing and corrals and water meter and line.
