On September 20, 2022, Westlands Water District (District) Board approved the execution of Amendment four (4) to Contract DE-MM65-84WP59095 with the Western Area Power Administration, which would transfer ownership of a transformer the District purchased at Milepost 122.59R and to replace the existing reimbursement cost language in Article 12(b). In addition, the District approved execution of Exhibit C to Contract DE-MM65-84WP59096 with the Western Area Power Administration, which provides for updates to the annual O&M estimates without amending the agreement annually.
