The Land Use Permit and Architecture Review applications will establish a new Wireless Telecommunications Facility at 2590 San Ramon Valley Blvd. The project site currently contains Public Storage as well as an office park. The proposed telecommunications facility is 50 ft. tall tower designed as a faux Eucalyptus tree with 12 antennas, 6 RRUs, a 30 KW Diesel Generator, and other equipment located within a 406 sq. ft. lease area enclosed by an 8ft. tall CMU wall.

The proposed unmanned telecommunications facility is contained within a 406 sq. ft. lease area and the land use is accessory to the primary use on-site. The proposed facility is a small facility with no expected significant effect on the environment, and therefore is not subject to CEQA.
