The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-41604-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, CRP NC Hesperia Owner, LLC. The Project is limited to development of a 408,997 square foot warehouse building, including: removing existing vegetation on site; grading and excavation of site soils to a depth of at least 7 feet below existing grade and to a depth of at least 3 feet below proposed pad grade and soils to be balanced on site; additional improvements including installation of sidewalks, utility connections, implementation of stormwater facilities, and pavement of parking areas and driveways; and landscaping
