Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of five (5) high density polyethylene culverts and one (1) corrugated metal pipe and all concrete and crushed gravel used to secure the culverts and pipe in place. The removal of the low water crossing structure will return the crossing to its previous condition as a rocked ford crossing.

The project falls under a Class 33 Categorical Exemption because the less than five-acre project consists of maintenance and restoration of habitat for fish, plants, and wildlife through the removal of a culvert system and the restoration of the naturalized streambed to reduce or eliminate erosion and sedimentation and maintain fish passage.
