The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MAD-34953-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Madera Water District (referred to as Permittee). Project activities will include the construction of a pipeline and a siphon inlet channel for water diversion from Madera Lake and construction of a pipeline crossing in the unnamed ephemeral drainage to convey the water obtained from the siphon. The Project does not include the diversion of water.
