The Project proposes to develop a vacant 6.43 acre parcel of
land; improvements consist of one 3-story self-storage building and leasing office
comprising 127,200 square feet for 975 self-storage rooms, 182 covered RV stalls, and 11 parking stalls totaling an impervious area of 242,000 square feet. The main storage facility will be constructed on the southern half of the property, and much of the Project site will be covered by asphalt to provide RV parking on the northern portion of the property. Access will be from West San Rafael Drive.
