The Project is limited to the removal of two buildings which occupy 989 square feet (0.023 acre) of riparian habitat and construction of an outfall and 120-square-foot (0.003 acre) stormwater energy dissipator structure constructed from natural rock and extending into riparian habitat. The stormwater energy dissipator is trapezoidal and four feet wide at the base and twelve feet wide at the end, by fifteen feet long. The outfall will not extend past the top of bank or the ordinary high-water mark. The Project is part of the development of eleven separate lots. A retaining will also be constructed just outside the riparian corridor. The project will result in permanent impacts to 120 square feet (0.003 acre) and temporary impacts to 989 square feet (0.023 acre) of riparian habitat.
