Document Description
The proposed project consists of a series of amendments to the City’s Downtown Plan by extending the boundary of the existing Downtown Plan to incorporate the project study area and incorporate development standards and design guidelines for the study area, and other policies and standards to the City’s Downtown Plan (amended January 28, 2020) that will facilitate future redevelopment of the project area.
