Additional components include; clearing existing vegetation, removing trees, constructing access roads, constructing a roughened channel fishway, with rock slope protection along the banks, immediately downstream of the weir for improved fish passage, creating a new intake structure on the north bank immediately upstream of the weir, installing a new 54-inch diameter water supply pipeline with a fish screen, converting the south bank intake to a conveyance line, constructing a new utility building, and installing a new 100-foot-tall antenna tower mounted on an 11-foot by 11-foot concrete foundation.
