Document Description
The Bellota Weir Modification Project (Project) is limited to replacement of the Bellota Weir, installation of a new screened diversion intake structure and associated conveyance pipelines, creation of a roughened channel fishway, installation of a permanent fish ladder, and construction of a fish exclusion structure to the Old Calaveras River. The Project is designed to improve volitional fish passage, exclude fish from the Old Calaveras River, and provide a more reliable surface water intake for the Stockton East Water District.
