Document Description
Approval allowing the following Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Licenses: Two (2) A-Type 3 Outdoor licenses and a Type 13 Distributor Transport Only license, with a total combined cultivation area of 85,408 square feet (sf). The project parcels, APN003-046-02 and APN 003-046-78, total approximately 80 acres. All cultivation activities will occur on APN 003-046-02. APN 003-046-78 is included for acreage clustering purposes to allow the A-Type 3 Outdoor licenses.
The project includes two (2) 160 sf metal shipping/storage containers for harvest storage, two (2) 120 sf wooden sheds for pesticide/agricultural chemicals storage and security. Existing features include a groundwater well, two heavy-duty plastic water storage tanks, and two (2) 20-foot metal shipping/storage containers. The growing medium of the outdoor canopy area will be potting soil in above ground fabric pots, with drip irrigation systems covered in white plastic mulch to conserve water.
