Document Description
The proposed Project involves installing approximately 3,500 feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Watt Avenue and Navaho Drive from Antelope Road (U Street) to Navaho Drive. The majority of the pipeline will be installed within the Sacramento County right-of-way, which is approximately 106 feet wide. The pipeline will cross Sierra Creek within a public easement utilizing bore and jack construction.

The project meets the criteria set forth in CEQA Section 15282(K) which allows for the installation of new pipeline as set forth in Section 21080.21 of the Public Resources Code, as long as the project does not exceed one mile in length. This project is deemed exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
