New 2-story 37, 118 sf gym/locker room building & 2080 sf fitness/weight room building to replace existing gym. New gym to include basketball courts, locker rooms, a wrestling room, team rooms, bathrooms, showers, concession stand,
a classroom & storage rooms. Basketball courts to include interior PA systems & exterior safety lighting. The weight building is connected to the gym via a covered walkway. Max heights of the buildings are 48 ft. Two 960 sf (office & locker room) & 480 sf portable placed on tennis court for use during construction.
