Document Description
Pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1652, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife has approved the 5200 Foxen Canyon Road Streambed Restoration Project submitted by Daniel Ringstmeyer, Buena Resources, Inc. The primary purpose of the Project is habitat enhancement. The Project will remove partially buried abandoned vehicles and concrete block debris in the streambed and remove invasive vegetation in and along the streambed. After removal of the abandoned vehicles and concrete debris, the streambank will be re-graded to allow for natural processes and be re-vegetated with native plants from containers, clippings, and native seed mix. Activities will occupy 2.68 acres of space including staging and restoration project areas.
