The City of American Canyon (City) proposes to annex 83 acres that is currently located in unincorporated Napa County and within the City’s SOI, pending amendments to the City’s General Plan and zoning and approval from the Napa County Local Agency Formation Commission. The project includes changes to land use designations and pre-zoning, allowing for industrial and commercial development. The City intends to extend Newell Drive as a parallel roadway to SR 29.
