Meiners Oaks CWD is proposing to operate Well 4A drilled as a replacement well for Well 4 after it suffered well casing failure. The new well was completed in June 2018. It was originally called Well 4 also, but is now being referred to as Well 4A. The well is connected to the existing water distribution system.
