Document Description
The proposed project will remove and replace approx. 4,315 square feet of landscaping at the Elihu Harris Building to help conserve water. Work will replace vegetation with more drought tolerant/resistant species, replace planting soil, and add landscaping materials such as gravel. Work will also replace the irrigation system(s), planter lighting, and replace/repair associated electrical work, and replace approx. 582 sf of concrete that is in disrepair.
