Document Description
Construction will include the placement of two poles/RRFBs (East and West), excavation for electrical utility placement, and the addition of continental crosswalk striping. Advance Warning signs for this crosswalk are to be placed at approximately PM 4.10(flashing) and PM 4.38(non-flashing). Maximum excavation depth is estimated to be approximately 7 feet deep for the RRFB foundations. Approximately 1,000 feet in length of pavement trench is estimated to run the electrical conduit that will connect the RRFB system with one advance flashing warning sign. Additionally, pre-construction utility relocation will be conducted using approximately 17 test holes along the length of the proposed work to confirm location of utility pipelines. The maximum excavation depth for Geotechnical Drilling is estimated to be approximately 6 feet deep. The length of proposed potholes are estimated to be approximately 50 inches in diameter.
