Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to rehabilitate and upgrade both Eastbound and Westbound Cactus City Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA) by demolishing the existing structures and replacing with new structures, upgrade water and wastewater systems, realign the on and off ramps and expand the parking lots to accommodate the forecasted traffic need.
