Document Description
The Proposed Project would modify roadways to help alleviate congestion and improve the mobility and safety within the Project Area. The goal of the Project is to increase traffic handling capacity by modifying two intersections at Strobridge Avenue(Ave)/Norbridge Ave and Stanton Ave/Norbridge Ave, and converting existing one-way roads into two-way roads. In addition to the operation improvement, the Proposed Project would construct high visibility crosswalks, bicycle facilities, restripe lanes, and additional traffic signals. Green infrastructure would be used as applicable throughout the Project area.
