The proposed Project consists of updates to the City of Tracy’s Transportation Master Plan. The updated TMP is a policy document prepared to implement the objectives and actions identified in the General Plan. The Project does not propose the construction or operation of infrastructure projects at this time. Consequently, adoption of the TMP Update would not directly result in the construction and operation of infrastructure that could have negative environmental effects. However, its adoption would indirectly facilitate the construction and operation of infrastructure or related supporting improvements.
TMP improvements would be located throughout the City of Tracy
