Document Description
The Applicant proposes to replace the Thousand Trails RV park’s 275,000-gallon water storage tank with a new 302,000-gallon bolted steel water tank, a negligible increase in storage capacity. The new tank would be approximately 50.6 feet in diameter (2,010.9 square feet), 20.2 feet tall and would be installed southwest of the existing tank. The new tank would be accessed by a new access road that will have a gate at the entry that will be locked. The new tank will be connected to the existing distribution system. Less than a half-acre land will be disturbed as part of the construction Project.
