Document Description
The proposes to convert 2.99 acres +/- of timberland and 4.1 acres total of forestland on an 40 acre +/- property located at 2199 Diamond Mountain Road in eastern Sonoma County. The purpose of the timberland conversion is to facilitate the development of a 4.1 acre vineyard. Approximately 4.1-acres of existing on-site vegetation/trees will be included in the conversion area. The proposed project requires a Zoning Permit application approval from Permit Sonoma for a minor timberland conversion.
