Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-29657-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John P. Carney. The project is limited to repairing an existing 24” culvert within an unnamed, ephemeral drainage. The culvert conveys flows under a driveway and has experienced extensive undercutting at its inlet. Vegetation removal, grading, compaction, placement of rock slope protection (RSP), and revegetation are necessary to complete the project. Vegetation removal and some grading were performed at the site prior to the issuance of this Agreement. Activities yet to be completed include grading, compaction, placing RSP at the inlet, and revegetation. Completing these tasks will not require additional vegetation removal or in-water work..
