The purpose of this Project is to alleviate erosion dangers to three existing transmission towers by armoring the stream banks with gabion baskets. Temporary impacts to jurisdictional waters will result from equipment/machinery access associated with construction. Permanent impacts to waters of the State will result from the placement of the gabion baskets.
