Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number AMA-22956-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richard Merryman. The project is limited to the removal of sediment from an on-stream pond and removal of understory vegetation surrounding pond. Approximately 20 cubic yards of sediment will be removed using an excavator. Approximately 300 square feet of overgrown blackberry and willow will be removed by hand and by excavator from the bank of the pond. The pond is seasonal and will be dry during operations.
