Document Description
Site Plan Review (SPR 22-013) and Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 83915) for two high-cube fulfillment and general light industrial buildings totaling approximately 1,420,070 square feet. A new north-south oriented public street (Public Street B) would occur through the center of the Project site, providing a connection to West Columbia Way / Avenue M on the north, and a new east-west oriented public street (Public Street A) that would occur along the southern boundary of the site. Building 1 would have 112 truck docking doors and Building 2 would have 98 docking doors. Other site features include detention basins, landscaping, lighting, and paved areas for vehicle movement and parking.
