Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SHA-30677-R1I, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dennis Hageman. The project is limited to grading and new construction of stream crossings to access a new home site on APN 203-100-028. Two new 18-inch corrugated metal culverts are proposed on the parcel, one of which will be built within an existing small onstream impoundment. No work to the impoundment is authorized in this Agreement by increasing the height or width. The new culvert will serve as the overflow. Rock rip-rap may be used to armor the face of the dam to prevent erosion. All work will conform to Shasta County Grading requirements.
